PATTERNicus identifies historical price patterns similar to current market conditions and indicates probable future direction based on past outcomes. It is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment service. All analysis is algorithmic, purely informational and educational.

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription billed through Paddle.com. Prices are displayed at checkout in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. Refund requests must be submitted to info @ patternicus.net with your order number and the email address used at purchase.
Indirect Sales Tax
If you have been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by applicable law. Sales taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax and others. You must contact Paddle within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon provision of a valid sales tax code for your country. All refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You will be notified if the price of a paid subscription increases. You will be charged between 00:00 and 01:00 (UTC) on the day the subscription period renews. To cancel, contact us at info @ patternicus.net at least 48 hours before the end of the current billing period, providing your order number and purchase email address. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. There are no refunds on unused subscription periods.
If we cannot charge your payment method for any reason and you have not cancelled, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription if we are unable to successfully charge your payment method.
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service — specifically your email address for account and subscription management, processed securely through Paddle.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party. Market data is retrieved from third-party providers in real time and is not stored. We do not use cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for the service to function.
